We take pride in our collaborations with universities and students, fostering innovation and empowering the next generation of engineers to address real-world challenges. Our strong corporate culture emphasizes teamwork, development, and social responsibility, creating an environment where employees and partners alike contribute to meaningful change.
These pillars are supported by robust governance and a deep commitment to quality, ensuring Supros's solutions are reliable and aligned with a sustainable future.
Environment
Supros is dedicated to sustainability by integrating energy-efficient insulation solutions that lower energy consumption and carbon emissions. We use durable, high-quality materials that are designed to last, reducing waste and supporting a circular economy. Our approach prioritizes minimizing environmental impact across the lifecycle of our projects, from production to installation, ensuring that we contribute to a more sustainable and resource-efficient industry.
Social
Our commitment to social responsibility goes beyond industry standards—we actively invest in the education and development of future engineers. Our social initiatives focus on fostering partnerships with leading universities, supporting innovative student projects, and providing real-world learning experiences.
Our company has formalized long-term partnerships with two of Kazakhstan's leading universities—Energo University (AUES) and Kazakh British Technical University. These memorandums are focused on enhancing collaboration between academia and industry. Through these agreements, we facilitate student internships, support research projects, and provide access to resources that bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. We are proud to be a key partner in the educational journey of young talents, helping them develop the skills and insights needed to thrive in the engineering field.
At Supros, we take pride in supporting the next generation of engineers as they tackle real-world energy efficiency challenges. Our commitment to sustainable innovation is exemplified through our partnership with the Kazakh-British Technical University (KBTU) team at the Shell Eco-Marathon, an international competition that pushes students to design and build the most energy-efficient vehicles.
2024: A Step Into the Global Arena
In the summer of 2024, Supros proudly sponsored a team of second-year engineering students from KBTU to participate in the Shell Eco-Marathon in Lombok, Indonesia. This marked their first time competing at an international level. The students successfully designed and built an eco-friendly electric vehicle, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in sustainable engineering. Our sponsorship extended beyond financial support—we provided mentorship and guidance, helping the team navigate the complexities of energy-efficient vehicle design and performance optimization.
2025: A Breakthrough at Shell Eco-Marathon Qatar
Building on their previous experience, the KBTU team, with continued support from Supros, advanced to the Shell Eco-Marathon 2025 in Doha, Qatar, held at the Lusail International Circuit from February 8-12. Competing against 61 teams from over 20 countries, including the UAE, China, Indonesia, South Korea, and India, they aimed to push their innovation even further.
A key achievement this year was their successful completion of the technical inspection—a challenge they were unable to overcome in 2024. While they did not secure a top ranking, their participation in the Battery Electric category—one of the most competitive divisions—allowed them to showcase their advancements in electric vehicle efficiency.
Recognition and Future Prospects
The team's accomplishments were recognized with a $3,000 scholarship, and they established valuable connections with engineers from Shell and other leading institutions, opening doors for future collaborations. This achievement not only highlighted the team's progress but also strengthened Kazakhstan's presence on the global energy innovation stage.
We are proud to have been part of this journey, and we remain committed to supporting young engineers in their pursuit of sustainable solutions.
